Greater Accra: 23-year-old woman stabbed to death in a hotel room by a friend rumoured to be her lesbian partner


Priscilla Tsegah, a 23-year-old woman has been stabbed to death in a hotel room.

A report says the suspect, Natashia booked a room at Justa Hotel in New Legon on May 20, 2021.

After the booking, the workers at the hotel disclosed that she returned with Priscilla after she left the facility.

They reportedly lodged for two days. Priscilla and Natashia were rumoured to be lesbian partners.

After their two days stay, some of the workers found out that the door has been locked but the key was not in their locker.

Sadly, the deceased was found lying naked on the floor of the room with bloodstains all over and a kitchen knife stuck in her lower abdomen.

The workers then reported the incident to the Lakeside Police at about 3 p.m on the same day.

Priscilla Tsegah, a resident of Taifa in the Greater Accra Region, was a student at a media school.

Confirming the sad news, the Public Relations Officer of the Accra Regional Police Command, (DSP) Mrs Effia Tenge said the room has been locked as the police begin with investigations.

Subsequently, the body has been conveyed to the Police Hospital in Accra.

She further pleaded to the public to help the police with credible information that can lead to the arrest of the suspect, Natashia.
