A section of Ghanaian social media users have chided Yaw Tog over his recent comment.
The young rapper claimed in an interview with MzGee on TV3 that Newshuntermag.com has watched that he made UK rapper, Stormzy more popular in Ghana.
“He made me more popular in this market but I made him popular here too because people did not know Stormzy in Ghana too. So we both did [make] magic to ourselves and our brands,” Yaw Tog stated.
Following his assertion, the rising rapper has been chastised on various social media platforms.
Currently, he is part of the top trends on Twitter, per News Hunter Magazine’s check.
While he is being chastised, others are defending Yaw Tog.
Yaw Tog teamed up with Stormzy on the remix of ‘Sore’ a few months ago.
