The court case involving Funny Face adjourned to April 25 after Magistrate’s unavailability


Ghanaian comedian, Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, well known as Funny Face, will reappear before the court on April 25, 2022.

He was arraigned before the court after threatening to kill his baby and commit suicide.

The case was adjourned by a Kaneshie District Court.

A GNA report Newshuntermag.com came across stated that the matter was adjourned because the Magistrate, Oheneba Kuffour, was said to be attending a course.

Funny Face is charged with the threat of death. His plea was reserved by the Court.

He was given a ₵20,000 bail with two sureties and is to report to the Police twice a week.

Funny Face was also ordered by the court to undergo a psychiatric examination.
