Ghanaian actress and model, Andrea Owusu, widely known as Efia Odo, has questioned how Ghanaians are going to survive following the passage of the E-Levy.

Despite the opposing views expressed by Ghanaians, E-Levy was passed on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.

A fee of 1.5 per cent will be charged during electronic transactions.

Reacting to this in a post-Newshuntermag.com has seen, Efia Odo questioned how these politicians want Ghanaians to survive.

She reasoned that life will be difficult as regular salaries in Ghana starts from 250-800 cedis.

Efia Odo wrote on Twitter: “So how do these politicians think we survive? Regular Ghanaians monthly salary’s from 250-800 cedis. That same money is used to pay rent and food not to even add transportation. Smh I’m tired of talking, one man for himself chaley!”
