World Cup 2022: Black Stars of Ghana squad released


The squad representing Ghana at the World Cup 2022 in Qatar has been released.

Coach Otto Addo announced the 26-man squad in Accra on Monday, November 14.

The final squad follows his provisional list of 55 players some days ago.

Richard Ofori, Jojo Wollacott, and Baba Iddrisu missed the Mundial due to injuries.

Ibrahim Danlad, Asante Kotoko’s goalkeeper, got a late call-up to the team.

Ghana will face Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea in Group H of the World Cup 2022.
