Nuhu Sule alias Ababaawa, the young man suspected to have stolen Meek Mill’s phone, has gotten bail.
He was remanded on January 4, 2023, after he made his first court appearance.
Nuhu was arrested on December 30, 2022, after Meek Mill complained that his phone was pickpocketed.
He pleaded not guilty when he was first arraigned before an Accra Circuit Court.
The suspect finally got bail after he reappeared before the court on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.
Nuhu Sule was granted GHS 15,000 bail with two sureties.
He will make another court appearance on February 6, 2023.
This happened after Meek Mill travelled to Ghana to perform at the Afro Nation 2022.
