Ghanaian artiste, Shatta Wale, known in private life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., has turned a year older today, October 17, 2023.
The Shatta Movement boss, who is now 39 years of age, put across a heartfelt message to his fans through a social media post.
Wale, who has in the past few months been embroiled in a series of feuds with other celebrities and personalities said now he wishes to live a calm life and continue to fulfill his purpose.
“After today I want to stay calm and do what God asked me to come and do for mankind. Please and please you can be my friend if only you don’t come into my life to torment me,” he tweeted.
The ‘Freedom’ composer also asked his fans to help celebrate his new age, entreating them to find their own happiness in life.
“Yes, I am human and you should know by now that we are not perfect in this life so please kindly try hard to pay attention to my sweet melodies and find happiness in your life.
“I have been thru the worst thing but I trod on because of my belief in the most high God and that spirit has made me realize the most precious gift we have in this world…It’s my birthday and I want you to start celebrating with me in love but not hate.
“Be part of the shatta story and don’t be late!! Happy birthday Shatta wale,” Shatta Wale further stated.
