The sentence of Ghanaian actress and model, Rosemond Brown aka Akuapem Poloo has been overturned.
On Wednesday, December 15, 2021, the Court of Appeal set her prison sentence aside.
Instead of serving a 90-day jail term, Akuapem Poloo has now been fined 1000, 500, and 500 penalty units on the three counts.
A report gathered by Newshuntermag.com says the fine will run concurrently.
This comes after an appeal filed by her legal team was thrown out.
The vocal actress was ordered to go and continue her 90-day imprisonment on December 1, 2021.
Akuapem Poloo was penalized by an Accra Circuit Court after she posted a nak3d photo with her seven-year-old son.
