Ghanaian socialite, Ayisha Modi, has dragged musician and businesswoman, Diamond Appiah to court.
Ayisha’s decision to sue Diamond comes after the latter failed to secure East Legon land for her.
The accused reportedly took collected $30,000 from Ayisha Modi.
Diamond Appiah pleaded not guilty to a count of fraudulent transaction in a land deal after a court appearance on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.
She was granted bail in the sum of GH¢300,000 with two sureties.
The court presided over by Evelyn Asamoah subsequently adjourned the case to February 8, 2023.
