Ghanaian socialite and singer, Mona Faiz Montrage, well-known as Mona 4Reall or Hajia4Real, is hopeful of being freed.
The 31-year-old was extradited from the United Kingdom to the United States of America over a $2 million romance scam a few months ago.
While she is facing trial, Mona 4Reall has taken to social media to express optimism.
In a post on Instagram, the ‘Badder Than’ singer averred she will be vindicated.
“Not every bullet wound is from the battlefield, some bullet wounds are stray bullets. My current life story… I will be vindicated when all is said and done. It’s only a matter of time and the light of truth will outshine the darkness,” she wrote.
Mona 4Reall (Hajia4Reall) was charged with wire fraud, money laundering, receipt of stolen money and conspiracy. If convicted on the top charge, she will face up to 20 years in prison if convicted on the top charge.
