The agent of Ghanaian footballer, Christian Atsu, has sadly confirmed his death after the Turkey earthquake.
Atsu was missing following the earthquake.
Along the line, conflicting reports were received about his whereabouts.
Days after the incident, his agent, Nana Sechere, has sadly disclosed in a tweet that the Ghanaian footballer has passed on.
The agent said Atsu’s body was recovered on Saturday morning.
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to announce to all well wishers that sadly Christian Atsu’s body was recovered this morning.
“My deepest condolences go to his family and loved ones. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their prayers and support.”
Christian Atsu played for Hatayspor Football Club in Turkey before he died.
